  • Hourly Fee Program

In this business development program we mutually define the Scope of Work, the mission, estimate the effort and duration and negotiate the hourly fee. All of the below services are available to you.

  • Flat Fee Retainer + Success Incentive Program

In this program, we mutually define the Scope of Work, the mission, the estimated effort involved and the duration and negotiate the fee. We also mutually agree to a Success Fee that may be a flat fee or a percentage of revenue derived from our business development work. All of the below services are available to you.

SERVICES

We offer the following business development consulting and execution services individually or packaged under one of the above programs:

Phase: Strategy and Planning

  1. Market or market segment research and identification of key targets
  2. Target research and identification of key decision makers
  3. Prepare, review and revision (as necessary) of your corporate presentations, web site, collateral materials and white papers
  4. Prepare, review and revision (as necessary) of your business development proposal boilerplate materials
  5. Preparation of your corporate presentations - Powerpoint or other multimedia tools (as agreed)

Phase: Execution

  1. Develop business development contact lists
  2. Make contacts
  3. Conduct meetings, presentations and follow-ups
  4. Prepare proposals
  5. Negotiate contract terms and conditions
  6. Prepare contracts for lawyer review and approval
  7. Identify success metrics for the parties (unit volume, dollar volume, licensing fees, billable hours, branding impressions etc.)

Phase: Post-Deal

  1. Deliver training (as necessary)
  2. Help client assemble support team and processes
  3. Measure performance
  4. Conduct reviews & inspections
  5. Prepare and evaluate reports
  6. Identify next business development target
