Below are some examples of projects we have worked on and
successfully completed. Some of these projects were small business business
development work and some were for larger corporations.
Human Resources / Payroll Market
For a software company, developed and implemented an OEM partnership program.
The goal was to secure partners for Private Label distribution and sales
of our client's software product. Target market prospects were national
Payroll and Professional Employer Organizations (PEO). Two national Payroll
companies were secured that resulted in thousands of subscriptions and
hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue.
Computer VAR / Resellers / Distribution
Defined and executed dozens of strategic partnerships with and for computer
VAR's, Resellers and Distributors. Additionally, built and helped execute
significant market growth strategies. Assisted one VAR with a "neutralize
the competition" strategy and plan with extremely successful results.
Partnerships included gaining broad vendor and distributor financial,
marketing and personnel resources allocated to the client companies.
Software Market
Advised and consulted with a major international software maker to identify,
build and market to computer VAR's, Consultants and Resellers. Defined
distribution channel strategy and helped build it for two small software
companies: one in the computer security market and one in the remote data
backup market.
Legal Market
Analyzed Legal Market competition, market size and decision criteria for
a major computer systems manufacturer. We devised a strategy and implemented
it to achieve market domaination among the largest law firms in the region.
Results were millions of dollars in revenue in product and services sales.
Title Insurance Market
Identified with our client the two largest Title Insurance companies,
crafted our approach and placed seed trial units for a computer systems
manufacturer. We lead the trial units evaluation for our client and when
their products were placed on the "standards list", we exited
the mission and the clients' employees took over. Results were a national
rollout of products and services worth over $15 million in three years.
Telecommunications
For a startup Internet company, formed the strategy and implementation
to acquire master resale agent contracts with major national and regional
voice and data telecom carriers. Results included securing 21 contracts
and building the company's brand and reputation among executives in the
telecom industry.
Professional Services
Helped Computer VAR's, Resellers and software companies define, develop
and implement professional services strategies, recruited management for
key positions and helped establish operating methodologies and metrics.
Mergers & Acquisitions
Developed and drove multiple mergers and acquisitions for computer VAR
/ Resellers and one for a retail espresso business.
